Tae Kwon Do Recount.

Yesterday morning all Room 10 went down to the hall and meet an Instructor named Yu we got there and lined up in lines learning how to punch we had to tighten our fingers real hard and bend the thumb. Then after Punching we moved on to kicking we learnt it fast then kicking the pads then a few second we were done after that Instructor Yu talked about the Rules of Tae Kwon Do and where it comes from.And Yu talked about how you should not use Tae Kwon Do Outside of School only unless if you're in Danger. Then we finished off with a Game of Tag and then we were done for Today.

Badminton Recount.

Today was our last day at Badminton with coach Robbie. We learnt the backhand serve, front hand serve, and how to hit the shuttle back in forth. Today we had a mini tournament, which we had  to buddy up with each other. The most difficult thing in Badminton is that every game we had to backhand serve. My Favorite thing in Badminton was hitting the ball everywhere, I really enjoyed it.
